Playback or Loopback cuts off the tails of plug-ins that are already sounding

This supposedly had been fixed in 3.0.2 but still is a big problem! I've seen posts as far back as Feb 2015 concerning this bug.

Every time I start playback while I am holding a virtual instrument or any midi note, it gets cut off.

When I count off, start playback and play my keys, the notes get cut off.

This is something that really limits Main Stage 3 and I hope can be fixed once and for all.

Apple, please address this bug!!
