Final Cut 10.3.4 Crashing after Mac High Sierra 10.13.1

Hi guys

I can't believe that this is still possible. I made all upgrades and then start to have crashes after crashes and the problem is ...........when I have a project on external HD. When I make a new one it works....when I try to open a project that is on a different drive......... it crashes.

Please fix it as soon as possible....I'm having really problems.

My Final Cut has been very squirrelly to since I upgraded to High Sierra too. Often doesn't remember my Library on my external Thunderbolt 3 drive when starting up, opening a project in the timeline shows only the bottom edge of the timeline in the timeline window, and today clips pinned above the timeline didn't show at all even though they were listed in the Clips window. Rebooting the computer helped get things back to normal just now.
