icloud for windows disabling pinch zoom and touch scroll

Hello I have a MS Surface Pro 4, win 10, Office 2016 and the latest version of iCloud for Windows.

As soon as I install iCloud for windows (and as a consequence the Outlook add in in outlook2016), it:

- Disables Pinch zoom in mails in Outlook

- Disable vertical scroll in Outlook

- Crashes outlook when outlook is not connected to the exchange server (as I do not launch my corporate VPN) but the Surface still connected to the internet
