We will need a bit more information before we can offer any help:

  1. What exact model is your MacBook Pro (MBP)?
  2. Which version of OS X or macOS is it running?
  3. Did this issue just start recently, and if so, did you upgrade any software on the notebook?
  4. What is the make & model of your wireless router?
  5. Can your MBP connect to other wireless networks?
  6. What have you tried, so far, to resolve this yourself?

    • Hold down the <shift><control><option> keys, and then, press the power button. Hold all of them for, at least, 10 seconds.
  2. Reset your Mac's NVRAM.
