iPhone restore question

Using iTunes to Backup/Restore.

I have a new iPhone8+ (has a new# on my companies data plan).
I have an old iPhone 6+ (has old# on my personal data plan).

When I restore the data from my iPhone 6+ to the new iPhone 8+ ... will the old# now be the phone # on the new iPhone 8+? How can I keep that from happening (swap SIMS before the restore and swap back afterwards?)
