can not uograde to ios 10
Hi,
Am getting the attached error when trying to upgrade to iOS 10.
Even though I am connected to the Internet and had phone on charge.
Tried several times and keep getting the same message.
If your device is qualified for iOS 11.x.x, then you cannot upgrade to iOS 10.x.x any longer.
See the chart below to determine whether you can upgrade your device and to what you can upgrade. If you do not have a Software Update option present on your iDevice, then you are trying to upgrade to iOS 5 or higher. You will have to connect your device to your computer and open iTunes to update.
