iphone 5s stuck

hello everybody.

on my iPhone 5s I have this mark for several days.

I made all what is written.

restore, download the last version of iTunes, update my pc.

different pc, different cable.

I made the restore for 10 times and it still the same.

it telling me 'unknown mistake no. 4013'

did anybody please can help me on this???

Type Error 4013 on to the search bar at the top of this page and read the resulting articles to see if that helps.
