This is a user to user forum and Apple is not here, nor will they respond to you. If you are asking because you want Apple to answer you, you will be disappointed. Apple won't answer you here and Apple does not now, nor have they ever supported downgrading iOS. If you don't believe us, you can use the Contact Support button at the top of this page.

I'm sorry, but Apple does not provide a downgrade path for iOS. Because downgrading is unsupported by Apple we cannot discuss it on these forums.

So, there is NO going back to iOS 10, ever!

Have you checked the settings for Siri? Some integration has been removed in the new iOS.
