unable to activate my iphone after updating to ios 11.

since sep 2017 i am trying to activate my iphone 6 after updating to ios 11. i tried every thing restored my device several times, tried with different computers, different sim cards, different wifi networks, itunes.....etc but my device is giving same error every time.

"activation server cannot be reached"

when i am trying to activate my phone with itunes then error message appear that

" Iphone could not be activate because activation information could not be obtained from device.....disconnect your device, make sure sim card is inserted correctly and if you are using sim pin, tap unlock to enter and then reconnect the your phone"

i have good cellular signal but i have this issue. please help me for activate my iphone.

iPhone 6 Plus, iOS 11.1

Based on this article from Apple with the steps to try If you can‘t activate your iPhone and what you have done thus far, I would go to the last section of the article and try step 2:

Get more help

To check for network or activation issues and see if you need to replace your SIM card, contact your carrier.

Use recovery mode to restore your iPhone.

If restoring your iPhone still doesn't work, contact Apple Support.

Dear Jeremy, i tried every thing. restored device with recovery mode, DFU mode, Replaced Sim Card.....etc. i am already contact with apple support since last month and still waiting for solution......

Do you have any idea guys what is the reason behind it? My iPhone has good Cellular (LTE) signals but iTunes is saying that "insert the Sim Card correctly" I have tried different Sim Cards and Every Sim Card has good Cellular Signals and even I activated my other iPhone successfully with one of these Sim Card.

are you fix the problem , i have the same the problem i tryed all things recover, dfu Modes , restore , change SIM but still told me "The iPhone "iPhone" could not be activated because the activation information could not be obtained from the device Disconnect your iPhone make sure the sim card is inserted correctly and, if you use SIM PIN tap unlock to enter it"

Having the same issue with my two iPhones. Contacted Apple support through chat, they have no clue what’s going on. Come on Apple, I thought you were the best at customer service. What’s going on. we are completely stuck.

Still i have same problem with my iphone. I think best solution for this issue is, replace the logic board which is easily available in some websites and activated with IOS 11. (Ali Express)

Dear Morrocan,

Issue with my iphone 6 plus has been solved but not by (so called) Apple genius. A pakistani technician solved issue and Now everything is working perfectly after activation.
