I can’t access my music

I recently erased my iPhone 7 Plus and when I reset everything back to normal it won’t let me access my music, I try clicking on the music symbol and there’s just a blank screen for about 20 seconds then it just puts me back to my main screen, I’m up to date with my iOS settings and even when I try going to my music in settings the icon freezes my phone
