Proxy over USB tethering

Greetings

I'm using my iPhone cellular network internet with USB tethering and I'm wondering how can i setup my private proxy on it...

already tried some command line like

sudo networksetup -setsocksfirewallproxy "iPhone USB" localhost 8888 sudo networksetup -setwebproxy "iPhone USB" localhost 8118

I'm just really confused about this one 🙂

MacBook Pro with Retina display, macOS High Sierra (10.13.1)
