Email Being Used by Someone Else

I received an order confirmation email for Harry's Shaving earlier today for someone with the exact same name and iCloud email as my own. This is like the third time it's happened. I don't think they realize that it's my email, but why would they not have changed it by now if they realize they never received order confirmations? I have her address but I don't know how to go about contacting her.

Please help!!
