I/O buffer isn't fixing Logic Pro X latency issues

I keep trying to fix the audio delay I'm experiencing on Logic Pro X by using all the methods I've found from both apple and elsewhere on the internet but nothing is fixing it. Does anyone know why? What should I do? It was working just fine and then it just started to delay the audio.
