how can i transfer my music on my iPhone back onto my mac?

I had computer issues & the back up I restored onto my mac did not have the music on it. So now I have music on my iPhone that I would like to get back onto my mac. The songs purchased from iTunes are back on -but there are older songs - I am not sure where I got them from - that I would like to put back on my mac? Any tips?

This showed me how to transfer/sync from my device with iTunes on my computer. I need to get the songs from my iPhone BACK onto the computer....If I press the sync button now - it will go the opposite way. I want the songs on my phone back onto my computer.
