It takes two weeks to deliver a phone?

I have the 7 plus. When trying to update it, it stopped working completely. No water damage, no breakage (iOS 11 is the issue) I took my phone to multiple tech shops. Restore, nothing. Forced restore, nothing. I was 4 days shy of my year warranty. So, a local shop decided to send in my phone for a replacement. Not only has apple not been in contact with me AT ALL about MY PHONE, but they're taking two weeks. Fourteen **** days to send my new phone. PS that isn't even new. They decided to try to fix it so who knows if my stuff will be working when I get it. Im a college student 12 hours away from family with a Mac as means of communication. Can I sue apple or?

What shop sent it to Apple? Why didn't you just send it in yourself?

No, you cannot sue over this.
