EtreCheck report for revie

Why? Don't post it unless you have a relevant problem with your computer. Preferably, don't post it until someone asks for it.

Posting Etrecheck or Crash reports just for review is not a proper use of these forums so it is discouraged. If you have a specific problem please post the problem first. If we need to see an Etrecheck report we will certainly ask for it. 🙂
