Wont make calls, fulky updated, videos with no audio, freezers all the time and when shut down it doesnt turn on for ages

Try doing a restore by connect it to your computer and then using iTunes on your computer to restore it.

Will anything happen to amything on my phone such as contacts or photos as

If you have not backed up your data before the restore, everything will be wiped off of it.

Personally, I always back up to both iCloud and iTunes just to be sure to recover my data after the restore.
