Mail troubles

Hi,

Open Mail > Preferences > Junk Mail > check the box for "Sender of message is in my Contacts" and/or "Sender of message is in my Previous Recipients > make sure your dad is listed in Contacts.

Yeah yeah... have done this a million times.

I had the issue with my 2013 MacBook Pro and have exactly the same with my 2017 MacBook Pro (with touch bar).

I have rules, reset my mailbox setting but it still screws up.

I have the same issue for months now

Except its the messages from my bank and some colleagues.

I have made rules, reset all links but it still goes to the Spam

Really annoying

It is possible the spam folder or the spam assignment has been created or caused by your mail provider. What is the name of the "spam-folder"? Have you tried If junk mail filters aren't working?
