Is there a way to "blind forward" e-mails - let me explain...

Hi all, first post here.
We forward a lot of e-mails to each other at work, concerning clients asking for quotes etc.
Is there a way for a colleague to foward a clients quote to me so I can reply to the client direct, rather than to my colleage - which is of course where my Mail app thinks its from ( at present i have to click on the clients e-mail address within the forwarded quote and copy any pertinent details into this new mail)??

Cheers & TIA
