Only stereo for movies cannot get the Dolby 5.1 to work?

We just upgraded to a new LGOLED55C7P and a SJ9 LG soundbar. Have the Apple TV 4K hooked in to the TV with Chocolate audiquest hdmi to hdmi 3 and a Chocolate audioqust from hdmi 2 (ARC) to the soundbar.

After going through tech call today, I can only get stereo to the soundbar. The Dolby 5.1 does not code over to thru the ports to the soundbar? I have checked to make sure the tv is updated and the apple tv 4k is 11.1 Is there any else I can give a try? Thank you
