I have some problem with my I tunes account.


Since I moved to another country, I have created a new I tunes account.

However, once I upgraded my IOS to IOS11, I have some problem with my I tunes account.


When I update my app on my iPhone, it keep asking me the password of my previous account. If I enter the password of my previous account, it will say error. However, when I enter the password of my new account, it is working. Is it just display error and I am using the new I tunes account? or there are errors in the systems?

Since you have created a new account (Apple ID), all purchases made under the old iTunes account (Apple ID) are tied to that old account. Since you have changed stores, the easiest thing to do is to delete those apps, and download them using your new account.
