iPhone 7+ not connecting to computer

I am trying to connect my iPhone 7+ to my computer, but I am getting Unknown USB Device (Device Descriptor Request Failed) on my Device Manger on Windows. On Mac, nothing happens at all. This is weird, since I connected my iPhone to this same computer before many times. I suspect that it is a software problem within my iPhone, but I cannot even connect it to a computer to restore.

I am using the cable that came with the phone and also used multiple ones too. I even wiped my phone through the settings, but it still does not work.

I have searched Google for solutions, but nothing has helped.

I would appreciate it if someone could assist me with this problem.
