Brightstar damaged my iPhone 6s Plus upon return

I had requested REJECT of quote 4728112 as it was revised by Brightstar and expected to receive the device (iPhone 6S Plus) in the condition it was sent across. But when they sent back the device :

1. Screen and phone has developed 2 cracks

2. There are several impressions including finger print impressions. .The screen has been put under tremendous pressure to leave these impressions.

3. They upload a picture of my device with cracks - there were never any cracks when I sent them the device.

I want to know what action can I take since the screen on my device has cracked and deep impressions left behind. (I am following up with Brightstar already but wanted escalation contacts at Apple and Brightstar)
