My iPhone 7 won’t let me ring out or recieve calls , I can text so I know it’s not my service provider

When you say you can text, are you sure you are sending cellular messages as opposed to messages over wifi?

If you turn wifi off can you still text?

Do you get a specific error message when you try to place a call?

What do callers hear when they call your number?

Are you sure your sim works--have you tested it in a different phone?
