What's the Monthly Fee for Watch with GPS and Cellular on AT&T?

I tried finding this on Apple and on AT&T. I'm not upgrading right this minute, but was hoping to find out if or what the Monthly charge is to have the Apple Watch with Cellular paired with the iPhone? Is there an additional fee?

Hi

AT&T currently applies a $10 per month access charge for Apple Watch Series 3 (GPS + Cellular) on compatible service plans for the paired iPhone. An activation fee of $25 may also apply.
