Microsoft outlook does not work after upgrade

Upgraded MacOS to sierra, I user Microsoft Outlook for My Mail. It has Stopped after the Upgrade to Sierra. It complains you have Microsoft outlook 15.32

You can't use this version of the application "Microsoft Outlook" with this version of MacOS

You have Microsoft Out look "15.32.
