Help I can’t turn off my passcode

Turn off passcode button is grayed out on my iPhone 6 iOS 11.0.3

iPad 2 Wi-Fi + Cellular, iOS 9.3.5

It is very possible you have a work email account on the device that does not allow for turning off the passcode

Hi deleting it and restore new iPhone then you should be able to turn off your passcode

Do you have a corporate email account connected to your phone? Some require that a passcode be used on the phone.
