iTunes detects iPod may be corrupted

Hi,

I have an iPod 5.5 gen 80gb that works and syncs on my MacBook Pro but does not work on my Windows 10 PC.

The error "itunes has detected an ipod that appears to be corrupted" appears everytime I connect my iPod into the PC. I cannot access it on file explorer and the error "please insert a drive into D:".

I can post much more information if required. But please help me if you have any ideas, or experiencing the same problem.

Thanks,

Michael
