Apple TV 4 Error Code 023-16-000-028-607

I have an Apple TV 4th Generation.

The software is at Release tvOS 11.1

I have installed the ABC App and the App software is at current level.

I get an error message when attempting to view the show: The Good Doctor.

Every week, when the latest episode and the list is selected, I receive Error Message 023-16-000-028-607

All previous episodes can be viewed error free.

Same thing happens each week; only the latest episode received the error message.

I also have the newest Fire TV Stick; I can make the same selection as above without encountering any errors.

I see many similar errors with identical error message number posted on the internet
