Question... Changing Name on iPod

Hi,

Quick question, Just brought my son a new iPod, so I can get his old Nano, I would like to change the name from my Sons to mine.

Any one got any ideas?

I have defaulted the nano, and re-installed the software, but it still has my sons name on it.

All you have to do is:

Connect the iPod to your comptuer.
In iTunes, right-click on the iPod's name in the Source List, then select "Rename".

Or, click on its name, wait about a second, then click on it again.

when your ipod shows up in itunes click on the name untill you are avaliable to type a new name in it or..............

when theres a picture of your ipod on your desktop right click it and press "Rename ipod"

yeah basically what everyone else said, but if you're worried about if the name does anything to what music is on your ipod,

the name has nothing to do with it
