I am quite new to Mac even my Mac may be considered as old (I use this Mac rarely), and I saw some of these writings in my system.log in console

Is this something dangerous or what is it? Can anyone tell me what to do or everything is fine?

If your mac is running ok, ignore all the console stuff. Reading those logs will lead to paranoia and, ultimately, to madness.
So, your mac is not running ok. If you run EtreCheck and post the results here someone might be able to offer some suggestions.
First order of business is to uninstall all that avira stuff - you don't need it and it is stuff like this which often causes the problems you describe.
My best guess is the avira and/or the virtualbox is quite possibly the culprit.
