Bluetooth No Information Found, please help

Im having issues with my MacBook pro 2012 model 13 inch screen.

I have recently updates to, macos high sierra and now i am currently having issues with my bluetooth.

I have looked on about this mac, system report and on bluetooth it says "no information found"

Also on system preferences i have no bluetooth option on there, so it looked like i have hardware issues,

i have also done a diagnosis by turning the mac off and turning power on and hold "D" till and done a long test and also a short test and nothing come up about the bluetooth.

i don't know what to do please can someone help.

thank you in advance.

Hello M7BHO,

Thank you for using Apple Support Communities.

I understand that you are having an issue with your Bluetooth not being recognized. With what troubleshooting you have already done, including running diagnostics, it does appear that your MacBook Pro does have a hardware issue. But there are a couple of things I would like to try first.

I would like to have you reset the SMC and NVRAM on your computer. These two support articles will describe these resets:

How to reset the System Management Controller (SMC) on your Mac

How to reset NVRAM on your Mac

If these resets do not resolve your issues, then the following support article will provide you with support options:

Mac Service and Repair

Best regards.
