Apple Intelligence is now available on iPhone, iPad, and Mac!
Hello, I bought a new phone, and I cannot connect to Music. I get a message saying I reached the limit for this Apple ID. It then says to go to a computer to Account>View My Account>Manage Devices and remove a device. I have tried from 2 different computers associated with the account (one windows and the other a mac). The list of devices and the remove buttons are greyed out. How do I remove the old phone?

If you can't click Remove (the button is dimmed), the device that you're trying to remove is connected to your Apple ID. Sign out of the iTunes Store on that device, then try again to remove it.

The problem is that I wiped the phone and traded it in when I got the X.
You can go to safari and login your Apple ID and then go to mange your account then show device
Manage Apple Id >login Apple ID >Device >Choose which device you remove
I cannot remove devices from Apple ID
