Duplicate movies in iTunes (already tried signing out)

I have duplicate movies appearing in my iTunes account. A few of these have updated cover art, some do not. There are some with special features and others that are not.

Captain America, Gran Turino, and Iron Man 2 were DVD converts while Stranger than Fiction was a cloud purchase. How do I remove the duplicates? I’ve already tried signing out, disconnecting my movies anywhere account, and signing back in to both. No change.
