Caps Lock light doesn't turn on after upgrading to High Sierra.

Hi, I have an issue regarding Caps Lock light. It just won't turn on when pressed.

There was no problem with my keyboard light until recently. I guess this malfunction happened after upgrading to High Sierra.

If I set the toggle "Switch input source with Caps lock"(in Settings>Keyboard>Input Source) to true

and hold Caps Lock key, then the Caps Lock Light turns on and off. Other than that, the LED light won't turn on.

Is there anyone who has the same issue?

MacBook Pro (Retina, 13-inch,Early 2015), OS X Yosemite (10.10.4)

Please go step by step and test.

1. Reset NVRAM/PRAM. http://support.apple.com/kb/PH18761

2. Reset SMC. Choose the method for “If the battery is non-removable”.

3. Start up in Safe Mode. https://support.apple.com/kb/PH21875?locale=en_US

Once in Safe Mode, click the “Restart” button at the bottom.

Hey, my iMac is showing some weird behaviour.

Before logging in the Account after boot, the Caps Lock LED light works just fine.

But once I type the password and log in, the light no longer works.

I think there is a software issue on High Sierra.

It turns out, that the newer version of Karabiner-elements has a toggle option on wether to use keyboard LED light or not. Enable it solved the issue.
