My Iphone 5s touch screen wont respond. i tried the forced restart and the white apple logo came up and then after a while the locked screen came up. I tried to enter my pin as usual but no matter what numbers i touch I get no response. Everything else works and looks fine? i recently had a message about limited memory space so i cleared a bunch of photos and its been working fine until an hour ago?

Try connecting to iTunes and doing a restore.
If that does not fix the problem, make an appointment at the Genius Bar to have the phone evaluated.
There is a further option which is to connect to iTunes and select the Update item.
The chances of that fixing the problem are probably not too high so having Apple take a look may be a better bet.
I connected to iTunes and restored and it's still not responding to touch for me to commence the set up process now it's cleared. Looks like I'll need to have the device looked at by a pro unless you have another suggestion?
