Back up iPhone into Mac book
I got a MacBook but don’t know how to back up my iPhone on it

In addition to backing up, you may also want to sync selected data to it via iCloud. To do that see the settings described below:
On the iPhone: Settings > Accounts & Passwords > iCloud
On the Mac: Apple menu > System Preferences > iCloud
