Analog/digital clocks not in sync

I noticed my analog clock on iPhone 8 isn't in sync with the actual time (as seen above). Any ideas?

Thank you for using Apple Support Communities. It's my understanding the Clock app is showing the wrong time on your iPhone 8. I'm happy to help.

If you haven't already, try restarting your iPhone. Restarting can resolve many unexpected behaviors.
Restart your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

If the issue persists, follow the steps in the link below:
Get help with the date and time on your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch
