Internal Error 2330.23

I am trying to download I-tunes 7.0 and get this message:

Internal Error 2330.23, C:\ProgramFiles\Itunes\Ituneshelper.resources\en.lproj



Then it will not complete the running of the program. I'm stuck, please help.
