MasterCard not supported on Apple Pay.

Apple, you are officially junk. How can MasterCard not be supported?! I have had so many problems with you that this is the last straw. It is a pain in the a*s to use an iPhone! One problem after another. Can't delete all pics off phone, credit card not supported, apps stop working with every update, no Bluetooth for pic transfers, **** your location for tracking my child's iPhone is often off by 5 miles!Droid here I come!

Hi

In order to add a payment card to Apple Pay, the card must be a supported card from a participating issuer.

Whilst many MasterCard cards are supported, not all cards that are issued by any given participating issuer are necessarily supported for use with Apple Pay.

The decision regarding which cards are supported for Apple Pay rests with each issuer, not with Apple.

Apple does not publish a list of supported cards. To find out whether your card is supported for Apple Pay, you can either:

  • Contact the issuer (the information may also be published on their website).
  • Try adding the card (you will be advised if it cannot be added).

If you would prefer that any given card was supported for Apple Pay, then I suggest that you let the issuer know.
