At certain times when i unlocked my phone using a pin the background seem to have a distortion and it's not blurred very well as you can see on the picture below. Is this a Hardware issue or a software? because sometimes the lock screen background blurred perfectly by adjusting the Screen Brightness to 50-100%. Please help!
