There is no option of ‘’open with’’ while we open a pdf in the safari browser whch previously used to display.
now we cannot save the pdf opened in the safari for offline reading in ibooks

tap the document in safari, it should offer to save to iBooks in the top right corner. If not tap the share button and swipe right until you see the iBooks icon and tap it.

What about the share button? A box with an arrow pointing up?
This works, but it doesn't actually Save to iBooks. After opening in iBooks, the second step is to "Copy" to iBooks. Apple used to make things so easy, but seems they are making things more complicated lately (adding more steps).
