Apple Pay cards not syncing from Mac to iPhone

I'm trying to get my Apple Pay cards to sync between my phone and my MacBook. Although even once I've added a card to my Apple Wallet on my MacBook there is no option in the iCloud settings to sync my Apple wallet to my iPhone. There is an option on my iPhone which I have ticked to allow iCloud syncing of Apple Wallet I just can't find the same setting on MacOS.
