i want to ask can someone hack or remote my mac if he knows the serial number or mac adress of my mac. can he or she reach my ip adress with these numbers thanks

As far as I know, the serial number doesn't have anything to do with the network accessibility of your Mac.
The MAC address can only be used to find your IP address (in general) if someone else is on the same local network. Again in general, knowing the IP address of your Mac doesn't really give that much information as far as "hacking" it is concerned - without sharing services turned on and an account enabled for those services for which your adversary knows the password, there's not much they can do over the network.
I'd have to know more about your situation (what networks is your Mac used on?), the nature of your adversary, and the type of attacks you are concerned about to comment further.
Your machine can't be remotely tracked with that information.
The network can be somewhat compromised ( IP addresses can be manipulated ) if you have not enabled firewall and set the password on service provider router , WPA2 personal AES and strong net work password are essential , serial number has no connection with it .
Uncheck the boxes of all sharing settings ( file sharing , screen sharing ....).

Thanks for your reply my concern is about the information on MacBook Pro boxes like serial Number and mac (Media access control) adress. İf someone knows these, Can he find and track my laptop when i connect to internet for ex we are not in the same local network we are in different provinces. is that possible that an ill minded person who knows these informations on the box find my ip and find my MacBook when i connect to internet and remote or thread my data
