How can I delete "keyboard data" on my iPhone

The other day when I was online with an apple support staff we came across the app (?) "keyboard data" in my icloud backup. Since I had not installed it, I asked about it. He could not explain what this is. When I told him that I would delete it later he was not concerned.

Unfortunately, I could not locate the app and googled to find out about it. This is when I discovered that there is some unclarity/confusion about this "thing". Even second tier support could not explain it. I am concerned about this. Why is this app on my iPhone, even though it has not been installed by the user? What is it doing there altogether? Does it serve a purpose? Why can't I locate it, let alone delete it?
