I want to buy mackbook pro.but I i cant choose between two models of them.which one is the best for video editing and playing heavy plugin on that?Macbook pro mtv2 or mptt2??

If you mean the MPTV2, it is Silver. The MPTT2 is Space Gray. They are both 2.9GHz and exactly the same except for color, so just choose your color. Both are just about as good as you can get with a MBP. There is a configure to order 3.1GHz for $200 more, but in my estimation, it's not worth the money for the very small speed increase.
