Need help with an iTunes backup restore
iPhone X, iOS 11.0.3
The apps will not load from iTunes since app management has been removed from iTunes.
The apps will download over cellular if you've set it up to allow that:
Settings/ iTunes & App Store/ Use Cellular Data
Otherwise, disable this ability and wait until you have Wi-Fi access.

Do I disable that by Turing off cellular date for the App Store?

I am restoring a backup from today to my new iPhone X using iTunes. Will the apps also download from iTunes, or will my phone try and use cellular data? I don't have wifi where I am right now.
