i got an e mail “Unauthorize login” from an un familiar e mail adress that doesnt seem to be apple. the link attached seemed to be a fake apple support site :https://unauthorize-protection.cf/Login.php?sslchannel=true

Is it a scam? What should I do?

If it's a phishing email (it's not an Apple website, it's written in very poor English, and it doesn't address you by name) - you could forward it to Apple : reportphishing@apple.com , and then delete it.
