does using a qualcomm 3.0 charger bad for the iphone 8 battery?

i bought a third party QUALCOMM 3.0 charger for charging my iPhone 8 and after a little digging i found out that i was supposed to buy USB PD model, its fasting charging already with no problems, but i 'am wondering would this do any long term harm on my battery ?
