I just bought a new Acer HD LED Touchscreen Display and I researched before buying that touch screen would work. However, now after it's setup - connected via HDMI (also tried USB), no luck! Please help! I don't want to have to return BOTH the monitor and the Mac! We need a touch screen display to support our son with special needs.

iPads and iPhones have touch screens. The Mac OS does not provide support for touch screens. I would think your child would do better with the iPad than a Mac. But if having a touch screen is essential then you will need to go for Windows machines that provide touch screens.

Kappy...I've researched this before buying and saw that it can work (by what Unicorn magic I have no clue), but I can't seem to find out how to make that happen! You know of any work-arounds of any sort?
